Before making a purchase, you must understand:
You are making a purchase of a software license to use a TetherBridge software application. You are NOT purchasing an Internet service from us.
While a TetherBridge app enables you to share the Internet connection on your smart phone with your client device, it is only one component which makes that happen. Such internet service on your client device also depends on the cellular data service to your smart phone, the normal operation of your smart phone, and the normal operation of your client device. You are solely responsible for the normal operation of all these components without degradation.
Furthermore, due to the large number of different client platforms Bluetooth Tether Bridge supports, the variations of these client platforms, and the fact that we do not have a client app running on these client platforms, our ability to help you troubleshoot issues is much more limited than with TetherBridge MIS, because we do not have visibility into your client devices.
To place a purchase order:
Select the link to the purchase page for the app of your choice. Licenses for the different apps are not interchangeable. You will be brought to the Paypal purchase processing site after clicking the purchase button on the purchase page for the specific app. Paypal accepts credit cards and you do not have to have a Paypal account.
Upon receiving payment confirmation from Paypal, we will issue you a license key and a customer ID, which will be sent to the email address you provide at the Paypal site. Make sure you fill in your email address correctly at Paypal. You can expect to receive your license email in minutes as our processing is integrated with Paypal and automatic. However, emails could be delayed due to various network conditions and could be lost occasionally. If you do not receive your license email in 24 hours, please contact us using the form on our support page. Please provide an alternative email address in such a case to get around email receiving issues related to mail filters set by the client or by the mail system used by the client. Other types customer email problems we have encountered include Invalid Email Addresses and Mailbox being Full.
Purchasing a license for Bluetooth Tether Bridge for BlackBerry
We do not recommend you purchase a TetherBridge license unless you have tried and are satisfied with the software product.
A license purchase is not refundable.
Due to the consideration for the security of your financial information, we do not store your credit card info, nor do we process your credit card/paypal transaction ourselves. The credit card/Paypal transaction for a license purchase is handled by Paypal.
